Hope Rises Village provides affordable housing and supportive services for families in need through collaborative partnerships in the community.

Overview
Hope Rises Village is a collaboration between Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln County and First Presbyterian Church of Newport. We recognize that 15% of kids in our schools don’t have either secure or adequate housing. With a housing shortage on the coast, there aren’t many options for families who are trying to find safe and affordable housing for their children. Hope Rises Village will provide the secure housing children need to thrive in school and give parents freedom to focus on work and financial stability.

Hope Rises Village is a project that plans on building six small homes in the middle of Newport, within short distance of schools and other necessary amenities.
