How it works

Follow these simple instructions to designate all or part of your refund:

Step 1: Download the Oregon Income Tax Form: 2024 Schedule OR-Donate.
Step 2: Fill in your donation amount on line 6 (page 1). Make sure to fill in line 30 (page 3) with your total donations.
Step 3: Attach the completed document to your Oregon Income Tax Forms.
